License Validity Warranty

We Guarantee:

• Authentic Licenses: All licenses are genuine and obtained directly from Intuit
• Activation Guarantee: License keys will successfully activate QuickBooks Desktop
• Full Functionality: Licensed software will have complete feature access
• Compliance: All licenses comply with Intuit’s licensing terms

Warranty Period:

• Initial Activation: 90 days from purchase date
• License Validity: For the full license term as specified by Intuit
• Replacement Coverage: 1 year from original purchase date
